ZVV TICKET MACHINE REDESIGN

This project was a collaboration with the Zurich Transport Network (ZVV), with the aim of redesigning the graphical user interface of their ticket machine. Our team’s focus was on how we might make the ticket buying experience as quick and easy as possible. Through user research, we identified three main problems : a cluttered interface, inaccessible information and an unclear payment process.

By drawing heavy inspiration from the ZVV app, we propose a solution including a clear, lean, conventional structure, an better information overview and a simpler payment screen. The graphical style of the user interface was also adapted to better fit into the ZVV ecosystem, closely following their corporate style guide.
